OCD, someone on the main ECF forum wanted to purchase a 25mm tank, but said the ss caps were out of stock? Any idea when they will be in stock again?

last night I dropped my zmax with tank attached onto the cement and it was fine!! I was so afraid that it would be broken or cracked but nope!!

Ummm Yeah. Lol, good to hear it survived Sennie. They are pretty tough but they are glass. The washer under the cap really helps because it puts a cushin between the likely impact of the cap or drip tip and glass. Without it we had a lot of spalling/chipping and of course breaking on falls.
My favorite tank right now is a black and glod the Mrs put a couple of gold stipes on for me. I asked her to make me a nice tube so she dug a chipped one out of the reject bin for me lol. I show off the chip every chance I get
Anyhow even with the defect it has taken several tumbles that has trashed 2 acrylic drip tips. Have it on an iTaste now and since those dont roll I think it might be a little safer.Baditude, going to find out when they will be here Wednesday. We have been trying our best to keep up with the growth we have been seeing because I dont like the OOS products so often found in this hobby.

Hi Rickly, I have a tube for the Mini. I have been so jacked up I have not been able to send some to Jim yet so I have not listed them on the site. figure it is only right to get them to him before I list them by name.
The tube is 24.9 long 17mm OD 1.8mm wall. It really needs the bevel to look good and when I do list it there will be no option for it without the bevel though it can still be purchased as a custom tube (with or without the bevel) and they will be the same price as the custom tube ($15 with the bevel).

OCD, when I heard that sound of glass hitting cement I was afraid to look!! I love my tank! You should make shirts that say I got tanked @IBTanked.com I'd buy 1...lol

We have actually been talking about shirts and have come up with a few ideas. We will be at Vapestock in FL in June and thought it would be nice to have them to pass out.

Nathkiira, if you look closely you can see the outside of the threads part in the tube is knurled. My guess is it is a press fit and glass does not like high tension press fit. That said if someone wanted to tear one of those apart to determine the tube size for it we have a lot of custom sizes available and I am always willing to try and source other sizes.
I am really sorry about not being able to help the Nova folks with glass but it is the nature of the beast. These thread inserts would probably be a leg up on getting there but it is some modding that I cannot provide in getting the threads glued (I would think food grade silicone) into the glass tube.

yeah ..i just ran my finger over the one i have .. it has a slight bulge ..so definately a press fit..dang
wonder if a modified cap that sleeves over and sealed with an inner o-ring would work .. wish i had access to a machine shop =P

We have posted the above on IBTanked, this one snuck up while no one was watching and really put the brakes on us. Our demand has been so crazy these last two months and for that I thank all of you for supporting us.
If we get any word for any quicker deliver we will update the site and of course note it here.
On another note, we have been getting much more interest in our products from wholesalers and have been working with them to provide face to face availability of quality tanks at great prices.
Again sorry about the delay this will cause and rest assured we will be working diligently to make sure we keep our products in stock.
I wish I could take a picture to do this tank justice, it's amazing how beautiful it is.
