I couldn't wait for the 22mm...went ahead and ordered the 25mm.

How recently? My tank was delivered two weeks ago (1/31/2013 I believe) and there were only two pairs of orings. I guess if you count the pair installed on the tank, that makes three though.
As far as flooding cartos, that sorta just comes with the territory when using tanks. As mentioned, lightly blowing the excess out will usually do the trick. In the year and a half that I've been using tanks, I've had maybe 5 cartos that flooded fairly consistently but I was able to fix them all. My first step is to lightly blow the juice out and then do a couple of hits with an extremely light pull. That works most of the time. If that doesn't do the trick, I'll try to repressurize the tank by either (a) pulling the carto down to allow air into (or out of) the tank and then slowly reseating it, or (b) holding the tank upside down while I take a hit or two. If your cartos have two holes, you can always break a toothpick off in one of them as a method of juice control... I've only had to do this once.I over did it with my thingy and flooded my carto.
Ask OCD he can tell you too!I'm thinking of ordering at least one glass tank for the AGA-T2. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has tried IBTanked's tank for this. If so, did you get the one with the smaller inner wall or the larger and what did you think? Does the larger inner wall interfere with the wick?
I am getting a few reports back lately about the orings being too tight on our current caps. It does seem each of these are folks trying to shove the carto through without any aide as in a drip tip or carto tool which on snug orings just doesnt want to happen. I dont really want to go to a looser fitting oring for the obvious reasons and we have checked each set of caps before they go out so we know we can easily pass a carto through using the refilling drip tip tool but we want these to be as usable to all as possible and hate to hear about someone getting their tank full of liquid down their arm.
This is such a fine line because too loose and we have the same complain for different reasons. Anyhow, anyone who has gotten tanks lately should have gotten three pairs of orings all different sizes. They are very close and you will have to compare them with scrutiny to determine the different thicknesses but it should be feasible for everyone to get a fit they prefer by changing the inside orings. I am also getting a fourth size to check and if it adds one more step in the chain we will include all four sizes with each new tank.
Hopefully we will be able to get this together to suit any and everyone.
My XL 25mm tank's O Ring are perfect, But I have to agree my new XL 19mm tank's O Rings are way too tight, even using the supplied drip/carto tool. It is a pain to refill. I'm going to try a different O Ring that came within the thingy, I see two thinner ones were included...I use Boge 3.0 XL carto's if it makes a difference. On the other hand your tanks are stellar for the price point...I'm looking forward to the 22mm tanks to come in.
Nice JR, have been talking with a manufacturer about doing some colors for us in the 2mm. Its a fair chunk of $s but seems doable so we may be getting these in the future.
It looks to be the smaller O Ring out of the three fit the best...felt kind of loose at first, but after 30 mintues it was nice and much tighter.I am getting a few reports back lately about the orings being too tight on our current caps. Thanks for the feedback Jvw, I have gotten some complaint on those being too loose. We will just continue to ship with the assortment so everyone can choose what they like the best.
JR, thanks but I dont think I need them. Going to follow through with the manufacturer I have been talking with and see how things turn out on getting the 9.5 x 2 made in colors. Its not too bad once the mold cost is covered just need to buy a whole lot of them but then we go through a whole lot so thats really no trouble.

Tennovan. I will certainly be posting here when we get the colors in. I dont know about silver but we did pick out a blue gray that is quite light and if it works out may be close to what you are talking about. Mostly we went for bright colors though along with white too. Should have some samples in a couple weeks to see if they will work out on size.
