BO, I have yet to break a tank myself...
Yeah, I wouldn't imagine breaking one of these tanks with normal use, or even a bit over normal use...but jamming a Chobra sideways in the tank isn't normal use...haha.

I had to laugh after making well over 10K tanks I get the rejects lol.
I see you are well taken care of...haha.

Ten, we had to pare back the number of colors to 5 to suit the manufacturer. Minimum for a batch with them is 10K pcs so we will start with 50k and if they do well will add more colors. First run will be for the 19mm tanks, finalizing details now so it looks like 3 to 4 weeks and we will have the first ones available. Colors will be

White
Blue
Red
Green
Purple

Can't wait to see them! And as far as I can tell, IBTanked will be the first to offer this!! Nice work OCD and family!!

Careful not to over do it Aikhme :D

Yup BO, they can take some pretty fierce abuse on their own then there also our secret weapon in the carto tank tubes in the washer.

JR, I think IBTanked has quite a few firsts. AFAIK we were first with a top quality Stainless and Boro tank under $30, maybe even under $50. We were the first and AFAIK still the only with a thingy. We were the first and still the only with a tank that cannot touch the metal cap which is very important in the event of a fall because that little rubber washer helps to absorb shock rather than send it into the glass and lastly we are the only ones to sell a replacement tube for $5 so in the event something does go pear shaped those last a lifetime Stainless caps wont get tossed into a drawer because its too expensive to replace the glass.

Thank you JR, I say it all the time... we have the best customers. Just ready your note out loud as The Offspring, The Mrs and the Artifact (Gramma) are all here packing orders and we all appreciate hearing folks satisfaction.

Speaking of satisfaction, we got in a new oring size yesterday that gives a looser fit for those who feel the 19mm Stainless caps are too tight on the carto. We are now including these in every order that has 19mm Stainless caps. Anyone who already has these caps and feels they are too tight need only to ask and orings will be sent out to them.

OCD - too tight O-rings... how would someone like me, a major glass tank rookie, know if my O-rings were too tight? Would too-tight O-rings be the reason I have such a hard time with my tanks? Or maybe I have a terrible time with my tanks because I just am not meant to use these beautiful items? I have the tanks and caps from y'all, but sadly, I cannot use them :( I just do nothing but end up with liquid all over the place, sore fingertips, and an empty gorgeous tank. I'm still using my mini Vivi's and regular plastic-type DCTs and only staring longingly at my beautiful IBTanks...

Lube the inner orings and the outside of the cartos really good and they should go in fairly easily.

Glad you like it BA, Epage... are you using a carto tool or drip tip that fits through the caps to insert the carto into the tank? Not sure if you got one of our refilling drip tips but if you bought a complete tank then you did.

When inserting the carto the first time into a tank do it with the tank empty. Use a qtip wet with eliquid to lube the inside orings then with the refilling tip or other tip or tool slide the carto all the way into the tank. You hold the top cap rather than the glass tube to keep from pushing it out. Once in push it back down some to fill, now you are pushing the other direction so hold the bottom cap. As long as you always back up the cap away from the end you are pushing from the tank will stay together.

If it is a bit of a fight to get the carto in then you probably need the looser orings. Send me a PM and we will be happy to get some out to you or anyone else. All I need is an order number in the PM and some kind of note that it is for the looser orings.

Dont give up on the tanks, you will love them once you get it down and will see how easy it really is to set up your vape for the day. Folks like Baditude and Tnt who have a collection of tanks probably only need to fill them once a week :) other than favorites that might go a little quicker but you get the idea. Learn the motions and how it works well for you and it is literally seconds a day to keep the vape going.

I love both my tanks and the flower one is soooo pretty. I had to lube the outside of the carto to get it onto the flower tank. I haven't had to refill yet. We shall see how that goes:) I've meade a mess twice using the tanks/carto combo but I love how long the tanks last between fillings and I am getting the hang of it.

Your tanks are really lovely.

I ordered. 19mm XL tank today. I'm really excited to try it out.

I'm curious, what cartomizer do you guys like best with these tanks on an ego twist?

I don't have any experience with cartomizers. I'm trying some 1.7ohm Smok dual coil cartomizers today but I don't think my ego has enough oomph to run them properly. They're getting hot vapor, but not much of it. I prefer a cooler vapor.

My tank is going to come with a 3.2ohm smok XL. Is my ego twist going to be able to run that cartomizer?

The Twist will run that carto fine. I still stick to Boges as the best carto out there for these tanks.

BigB, the 3.2 will be fine on the twist. I use them on my VV mods at around 4 to 4.5V and the Mrs runs them even lower.

I will leave it to others to recommend their favorite cartos as obviously I only use what we have but I hope folks feel free to discuss anything like that here they want. No moderating in this thread as long as its within ECFs rules as I am a hands off kind of guy with folks words, always felt if someone thought it was important enough to write it down I have no reason to complain about it.

I won't give up - I've got a juice order on it's way of something I like a lot. It should be here today, and once it's steeped a bit I'll try my hand again at it. If I still have trouble, I'll get with you about the O-rings. I really appreciate it!
