Well I have managed to muck things around a bit and almost make it work ;) We have a new setup for putting together a tank and of course the rest of the store still has the individual parts. It all seems to work fine in Chrome and FF but IE looks to be the way IE always is and throws some errors at odd times.

Anyhow the Developer can clean up the mess come Monday :D Hopefully it is not too much on an inconvenience for IE users and even more hopeful that everyone will find the new layout makes a little better sense than the hodgepodge we had in the past. I will be getting to all of the other glass for adding in color option real soon.

The best thing about this, for me anyhow is the way it handles things in the back end of the shop. We will be much more flexible in adding products, kits and combinations so as we move along it should make life a bit easier.

I just checked the 'Complete Tanks' setup in IE10 (Win8 Pro) and it seems to be working fine, so it might just be earlier version of IE that are affected. The only thing on that page that is a bit "off" is the image you use for the 'Add Color to Your Tube' section. When I click the image link, the pop-up display of the image is quite small on my display at 1280 x 800. If you can put together a new image that is wider and shorter, it might help with lower resolution displays.

All in all, I really like how you've laid things out and I think it will help your customers as much as it helps you manage the orders.

Thanks BluGen, the IE issues came up on The Mrs computer and I am sure it is a fairly recent version. It was not every time but happened quite a lot. It could be something specific to her, she seems to be able to break things like this easily ;)

Yes, the PopUp image does need work. I never thought about wider but thats a great idea. I will try that out. Thanks...

Thanks OCD sir. My girl bought me a few 25mm tubes and caps for my bday and I wanted to get a few Thingies. Just recieved my new black and gold swirl tank and it looks great on the all brass mod.

Love to see a pic, Roccov. :)

Lol Cookster, I am hoping to be able to do some prototypes this weekend (thought I could get them last weekend but ended up not getting to them). Once I get a few done so we can run them through the paces and confirm measurements we will put in an order with our shop. I am thinking end of this month to the beginning of next, we certainly want to have them to show off in Vegas.

Have you seen the Halflings? The 22mm Halflings are cute as can be even on an eGo with a flared cone. The Blue and Black are pretty much spot on matches for our anodized setups and with the IBTipsy topping them make for a great small combo. We will be getting these combos up on the site soon now that we have the new setup working.

Also wanted to let folks know our cartomizers should be back in stock tomorrow and our Halfling Cartomizers are being produced now and should be here next week or the week following.

Wow, DHL is somethin special. We had a dinner meeting with our Web Developer and when we got home the cartos were here The mini cartomizers are coming in the next shipment as soon as they are made. Putting the other back in stock now though along with a few other things that came along with them.

We picked up some SiD devices to sample them and for the price point I think we might carry them if things pan out with em. Have to see how they hold up to use. These are VW made by Smok and five of the six colors are pretty close matches to our Anodized caps and IBTipsys. I had asked for 18350 tubes with them and got 18650 so I am going to have the other tubes sent with the Mini Cartos.

Hi d3mon, yes there was a problem with a few orders recently. The changes I made to the site ate some of the details and I am still trying to figure out exactly why. The Mrs tells me she tried to call and left a message, we just need to know the color Choice on the 22mmXL tube. All it shows for us is could not find custom field. The other tube that was noted is good to go along with the rest of the order.

Okay, I can now officially say that I'm no longer a "thingy fiddling" virgin. My three IBTanked tanks (22mm XL) arrived today and I immediately brought this thread back up for a refresher on the finer points of fiddling with one's thingy. Genius! My biggest gripe about carto tanks has been screwing around with repeatedly dripping liquid into the carto and doing the "thermometer shake" until it's properly primed - the Thingy makes it fast, clean and easy. Cranked the cap off and on a couple dozen times, watched the air bubbles coming out of the carto holes and voila, a perfectly primed carto! Filled the tank (so much easier with the IBT tank tool than using a DCT tool!) and am now happily vaping away on it. Prepping and filling two tanks with my favorite juices took me less time than it used to take to get one tank ready to go.

As others have mentioned previously in the thread, the outer diameter of the 22mm tank is a perfect match for the body of a ProVari. It's slightly wider than the tapered top cap (which I already knew from previous posts), but IMO doesn't detract from the overall look. I chose the 22mm over the 19mm for the extra juice capacity (4.5 ml vs. 2 ml) - I like an all day (or more) tank so I don't have to mess around with refilling when I'm out and about.

Thanks and kudos to OCD, Mrs. OCD and the Offspring for a great product. All three of my tanks are painted (two bold swirls and one light swirl), and all of them look fantastic. I bought the IBTipsy "rook" drip tips, and each one is a perfect color match for the anodized tank caps. Count me as a very satisfied customer!

Here's a pic of two of my tanks:

Seriously, OCD, thank you so much for making tanks for the Mac 650.

Hybrid parts can sometimes be insanely difficult, if not impossible to find. I really appreciate being able to hop on your site, order a replacement, and have it in my mailbox within a few days without paying an arm and a leg. I'll absolutely be ordering another.

Thanks Cactus, those setups look sweet. I agonized over doing the IBTipsys because of how the quotes came back on them and what we would have to charge for them. In the end we decided that they would make a complete tank such as yours $34.00 ($39.00 Painted) so it was still a great deal if you just close your eyes on the cost as an individual part. I am glad we did decide to go with them though because I love using all three styles and I also love knowing that they were made in the USA and safe to put in my mouth and lastly as you noted the match to the caps since they are made by the same folks who do our caps for us.

Six, we dont sell a lot of many of the premium device tubes we have in there but as long as I have solid specifications for a device and we can source glass for it we will continue to add more. I do a run of them and they might sit on the shelf for a year to go through the whole run but they dont eat hay and I know it helps folks out.

Do you happen to know the oring size? If I knew that I would include orings with the tube. It is important to change your orings from time to time. I recently had a customer with a DiD which is thinner glass than the Mac who broke several tubes and we think we narrowed it down to the top oring being hard and not having the give it had when new. It was about a year old and between eLiquid, age and heat exposure the oring had lost a lot of its give.

The other thing is glass will vary, noting we can do about that as it comes with a specification tolerance. The end users need to understand this though and if its tight dont force it, step down a size or three in the diameter on the oring. Stretching an oring to install it will make it thinner and you can easily adjust fit like this. Nice device BTW and thanks for the compliments.

I actually replaced all of the o-rings when I dropped the new tank on. Throwing a couple in would be an awesome little bonus.

The tank rings on both the Mac 650 and 350 are 5/8" OD x 1/2" ID x 1/16 CS.

O-ring for the top cap is a little bigger, which makes the tank hard to install. It's like that on all of them.

Best to just take that one off until you get the tank in place. Without the cap o-ring, it takes very little pressure to slide the tank down, nowhere near enough to crack or shatter it. Once it's all seated, just replace that top o-ring and you're good to go.

Not sure if anyone's mentioned it yet, but the bevel is just the tiniest bit shallow. I've never worked with glass before, so I don't know if it's even possible to bevel it out any further than it already is. If you're able to add a bit more depth to it, the cap would seat a lot more flush with the glass. Totally not a dealbreaker by any means, just something I noticed once it was all put back together.

Looking forward to ordering from you again. If you want to guinea-pig my next one with a deeper bevel, just lemme know. I'll totally give it a shot!

Since these are imperial measurements that means they are #0** ASME orings that particular one is #014 so I will add it to my list and they will ship with the tubes. Like I mentioned you can adjust from there using the couple sizes low and even higher for a tight fit. Its possible that even our colored orings for the 19mm carto tanks would work since they are 9.5mm x 2mm, smaller diameter but thicker so they will stretch out. Eventually we will be adding more sizes to our colored line but it is so expensive because we have to buy stoopid quantities and pay to have a mold made in order to get them. It is one of those things that remain on our radar though because a lot of folks like to customize using them and they do look good with the glass.

Have not heard of any issue with the bevel, wish Mac folks (Manufacturer) would trim that out because it is kind of a pain to put into the glass and going even thinner would mean leaving so little on the edge, more QC culling and of course easier to chip the edge on the users end. That tube is only 1.5mm thick to begin with and we take about half of that out. I am game though if you want to give it a shot, just put it in the notes and I will trim out one a little further for you. mention the colored orings and The Mrs will toss a set in to see if they will work.

Hello! I just ordered my first IBtank. I ordered the 25mm Standard Tube for my Provari mini. But after reading posts in this thread I think I ordered the wrong size and its going to be too wide. :(

I am curious how much juice the 22mm standard, XL and halfling tanks hold. Is it too late to change my order before it ships? Its order #02b304861. I would only want to change the tube size and cap color. I think the carto I ordered (Smok 2.0 ohm Single Coil 2 Hole Standard) would still work for the 22mm.

One last question... I was checking out your photos on your FB page and saw the glitter tubes you did for the holidays. Are these seasonal only? Or are they always available. These are the colors I'd like to glitterize the caps and tube with if its possible.

Personally I think the 19mm tanks are fantastic on the provari.
