Do you lose the throat hit when you lower your nic

I was wondering if when you go to a lower nic level, do you lose the throat hit and the flavor, I cut the 36 juice but order 24 carto's, I know there are some flavored juice's in 36 that still don't give much of a throat hit, ( have to add some pg to those and sometine's that does'nt even help ) I kind of want to start lowering the nic but don't want to lose the good old throat hit and flavor.

You dont loose flavor,sometimes it changes a bit,but TH goes down to me when I lower the mg.

I've taught myself a new way to hit the cartos to maximize the TH. From 18 to 11, it may have gone down a bit, but I just took a deeper drag and made up for it.

I've been curous about this myself for quite awhile. But from my experience, it's more affected by the flavor mix than the nic level.

Redcow 0nic has no TH, High(38?) does.
Butterscotch seems to have an amazing hit with low and high, almost no difference to me. Both liquids from V4L.
