Do you prefer dual 18650 battery mod or any other type?

21700 mods are best. Dual 20700 are good too.

I've gotten into 21700 mods lately. Since Mine are single battery mods I can use the 21700's as singles in my LED flashlights, too. 25% more MAH is a good thing. My Pico X came in a couple of days ago. I'm wishing that it could accommodate a 21700 like the Pico S, but you can't have small and 21700 powerful at the same time.

My personal preference is for compact single 18650 mods. I like something that is pocket-friendly, comfortable to hold in my hand, with a lightweight but solid/durable build quality.

What I currently use daily is a JAC Vapour series B DNA75W, a Geekvape Aegis Solo, or a Geekvape Aegis Mini. I vape around 30 watts, and a single Samsung 30Q 3000mAh battery lasts most of the day for me. I do carry a couple of spare, charged batteries with me in a plastic case just in case one dies on me. I rather do that than carry a larger/heavier, less comfortable mod with me all day.

I've used a Wismic RX200 (triple battery), a Segelei Fuchai 213 Plus (dual battery), and Geekavape Aegis Legend (dual battery) in the past. All were a bit more heavy than I prefer, and none were particularly pocket-friendly. I didn't find the extra battery time that they offered outweighed the smaller size, lighter weight, or comfort in the hand that the single battery mods offer me.

I think the current trend in vaping is a return to the single 18650 format, and making it shockproof and waterproof for increased durability.

Vaporesso should look into making a shockproof tank, too.

I have an Armour Pro, and I like the battery life with the 21700. More compact than a dual 18650, and not quite as heavy, either. I also had a Revenger, which was just too heavy and hand-unfriendly with the 2 x 18650's.

I think compact is what more and more people are going to want. Why not? The Armour Pro is 100W with TC. What I would really like to see from Vaporesso would be a 18350 (or even better, 18500) version of the Armour Pro (call it Armour Pro Micro or something like that). It's a great mod, especially for the price.

But I'm not interested in any more 2 x 18650 mods.

Although I'm not thrilled with the battery choices available for 18350's, a pod mod that uses one might be interesting for those vapers who prefer using external batteries. Make it shockproof and water resistanct with refillable pods and you might have a winner.

I think you're on to something. Perhaps if we make it a 510 threaded pod, with rebuildable coils too....

Ya know, you could make a pretty light and compact mod with 2 X 18350. 2 x 18350 weighs about the same as one 18650, but they're shorter, so you could put two of them in while still retaining a small form factor.
They were around for a while. You can stack them end on end in an 18650 enclosure and it was a standard form factor for a while. The problem is while they have a lot of voltage they store very few mah. As the two big factors these days are mah and drain amperage and the system provides little of either it is no longer common to the point that it has become very difficult to even find quality 18350s

The typical 18350 battery has about 800 mAh capacity. Two would give you 1600 mAh. You'd do much better capacity wise using a single 18650 where you could easily get 2400 - 3000 mAh in the same amount of space.

Single or double 21700 >greater than> Single or double 18650

Dual 21700's would certainly extend vape time for out of the house, but I'd probably save them for a cold winter day when I wore a heavy jacket with side pockets.

I do have a couple of dual 18650 mods that are surprising light and compact.
