We are going to start offering 15ml (glass or plastic), 30ml (glass or plastic) bottles soon and we would like to know what our customers prefer.

Do you prefer the current plastic dropper bottles or a glass bottle with dropper insert?

We will be removing our 10ml and 20ml option and replacing it with 15ml and 30ml respectively, for the same cost.

The industrial in me as a potter (as in throwing pottery on a wheel, firing it, glazing the piece, & firing again before selling) believes glass is always best as the dark colors of most glass bottles protect the liquid the best; however, the consumer and ease of use person in me likes plastic to take out as it's easier for me to drip, esp since I'm legally blind and droppers in glass are more difficult to feel as I load my e-cig... I'm going to have to abstain from the voting; HOWEVER!!!!!!

If it has MFS e-liquid in it, personally, I don't care what it comes in. :) You can send it out in those little milk cartons school children use and I'd be a happy camper - again, as long as there was MFS liquid inside it. LOL!!!!

Please forgive my facetious liberties here but in all honesty, after finding MFS liquids along with the terrific customer service among the staff... I could not think it could get any better... although, I am looking forward to the days when we, like Star Trek, can beam the product to a customer's home. Now THAT WOULD BE COOL! ROFLOL!

I'm just more interested in the liquid and if glass preserves it best or makes your job easier then by all means do what you must. You will still have a customer right here. I'm not going anywhere as long as you guys are around and believe me when I say I will beg, plead, and probably lay on your floor and cry if you ever thought of going out of business. There simply is NO e-liquid in as many flavors (despite my undying love of a few flavors I purchase on a regular basis) available anywhere else and there's no customer service that is as great as anyone else.

So that's the best answer I can give you. I'm sure it probably does nothing to help with your decision but it is as honest and as true as I can be so I hope that accounts for something somehow along the line.

All my best wishes to everyone at MFS,

Paise

This was a problem for me for a long time so you're preaching to the choir as they say. I have arthritis along with ulnar nerve damage in my right arm that causes issues with my fingers, arm, and shoulder then radiates across my upper back and down into the left shoulder and arm. Then there's the plain old nerve damage in both hands along with arthritis too. There's no fixing this problem in my case; hwr, I haven't given up hope for a cure.

If you want to have the bottles easier to drip, then have someone (or you can do it albeit it may take some time) use a larger gauge syringe to go through the initial hole in the bottle with the syringe to widen it. Be sure to only open the hole a little at a time b/c you don't want the opening free-flowing to the point where you lose the e-liquid juice but certainly large enough to apply a decent, yet not overwhelming amount of pressure to allow the liquid come out of the bottle with as little force as you can tolerate.

Hope this helps. I know it does for me. Btw, I have my husband open the bottles' top hole if I can't get it. He has arthritis and possible diabetic neuropathy but we won't know until after some tests are done in January unless there is an early cancellation. He's losing feelings to his hands and legs and feet.

I prefer the glass bottle with eye dropper. I have tendintis in my thumbs and it's hard to squeeze those plastic bottles and the juice has a plastic ta
ste in them too.

I prefer glass. I think the colored glass preserves the clarity and flavor better, I mostly DIY but have a couple premixes I enjoy that I transfer to amber glass bottles for storage as soon as I get it.

A big ditto on Paise's praise and loyalty!!

zerominusone, just order some pipettes to get to the bottom and some plastic 3ml bottles for daily carry. Since the plastic bottles are cheap it's no big deal to toss them when you're ready for a new one.
