All the time. I'm a nicotine addict and i love vaping. I was a thirty a day smoker, vaping saved my life in my opinion and i'm proud to be a vaper. Silver bullet, reo grand, ali'i,Darwin the device dosen't inhibit me in any way. Its whatever i choose to use that day. ( i usually have two in my shirt pocket.) I get asked about it all the time and i am happy to share my experience and knowledge with the curious, particularly smokers. My feelings are the more we can educate people the better. Not once have i ever accounted any aggro but then again i might look as though it may not be in thier best interests.

First off me and my wife take our chucks everywhere with us, and has been both of ours primary pv for over a year now. We were at local minor league baseball game a few weeks ago with our two kids. They have a big lawn section by right field, and we were sitting there and letting our kids run around with the other kids. One of the mothers of the other kids got a glimpse of me using my chuck and immediately stood up and yelled for her kid to get away from mine. He even got up a few time and came back over so she strapped this 4 year old in a stroller to keep him there. Finally after about the 4th dirty look from her I said its an electronic cigarette, I got another dirty look and she didn't look back again. Funny thing about that though, well not really funny, but both her and her husband were both sitting there for 3 hours sucking down beer like it was going out of style. Only then to put there kids in the car and drive off, and I'm the one that deserves the dirty looks.

I walk around with my Xhaler glued to my hand anywhere and everywhere! At first I tried to hide it but after a year and a half of constant use.....I dont even notice it anymore! I get a TON of stares and I love to go to the mall and flaunt it to the goofy guys selling crappy e-cig...They have no clue what it is!

I go everywhere with my Ego's, I carry 4 or them on the road. I have traveled 40,000 miles this year including 2 trips to Germany and 1 to London. I carry my Ego and smoke walking down the sidewalks of Frankfurt, London, New York, Las Vegas. I have never been hassled or even questioned by anyone.

I don't make it obvious nor do I draw attention to myself. I have vaped on long airplane flights at night, in conference rooms. Never an issue.

I recently have my first (and only, so far) issue with vaping in public. There is a local bar and grill I have been patronizing for several years. Every other Tuesday a bunch of co-workers and I often go after work (it is our payday). Everyone in our group knows about my PV (a Darwin, in this instance) and is fine with it. My city recently went to a 'no smoking indoors' policy. A lady seated 30 feet away, and saw me exhaling. She came to my table and got in my face about it.

Lady: SIR, THIS IS A NO SMOKING TOWN, PUT THAT OUT NOW!
Me: I am not smoking. This is an electronic cig, no tobacco, no smoke, no fire, no ash.
Lady: YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD ONCE ALREADY TO PUT THAT OUT! NOW DO IT!
Me: No, I have been using this for three months in this establishment. I have asked permission to use it.
Lady: (apparently ran out of something to say, went back and sat down).

The icing on the cake, was shortly after that our waitress said "Hey, can I have a hit off of that?"

I could have said a lot more, but I remained polite, and did not want to make a scene at a place where I am a semi-regular. I didn't want her to make more of a scene than she did, or to complain to anyone. If someone complains to the owner, whether it is valid or not, the owner doesn't want unhappy customers.

I later realized I could have probably avoided it, by changing a habit I still have from when I was a smoker. Whenever I was around non-smokers, I always had the habit of exhaling straight up. This made me more visible from 30 feet away. Since vapor basically falls anyway, I should exhale down while in public.

Might be a post about this (I did not dig to deep) but I was wondering when you go out in public do you take your mods or larger pv's or do you stick to a smaller more analog looking device.

Me I use a Ego-t 1000 mah tank B in public

Everywhere I go I have my Provari with an iAtty, at the house I'll use the GG... Even though the Provari w/iAtty is a little cumbersome It's worth it.

I realize this is probably overkill, but I don't go anywhere without 3 PVs of some combination - Ego, Echo, Go-go, Roughstack, or 5 v Mod. It just depends on what's charged up, juiced, and ready to go. I usually carry my spares in a handy case that I put in the glove-box. Ego's with EMDCC's are the handiest for longer periods of time away because of the huge amount of juice they hold. 2 or 3 spare EMDCC's and you're good for a week. I must also say that EMDCC's are one of my favorite things to use in vaping.

I play music for a living so I'm in bars four or five nights per week... I vape egos and box mods out in the open all the time.

There are usually police at the bigger venues on the weekends.. they've never said anything to me other than "the band sounds good" or whatever and I know they see me vape.

I do get "dude is that a 1hitter" a lot from audience members and the wait staff lol.

Honestly I think I'd rather someone think that I smoke *** than have them think I'm a cigarette smoker.

Where I'm at I think most people have seen pvs at the mall or in the non smoking bars.
