Like in 10 or 20 years? Why or why not? Look at advanced the technology and science has evolved over the years in other areas. I dont see why the same thing cant be done with ecigarettes. What is it going to take to figure out how to make the flavor of eliquid taste like a cigarette? Theres eliquid flavors for everything. I tried a bacon flavored eliquid that taste just like bacon with the smokey taste and everything. Could the eliquid makers create a flavor made out of tobacco ash or bacon or something so its more analog like? If they could make fruit flavors, vegatable flavors, desert flavors, meat flavors and just about anything spot on, why cant they make a cigarette or cigar flavor?

There's a flavouring called DNB made by Inawera - it gives the "ashy" taste that you get from tobacco.
It stands for Dirty Neutral Base which is a terrible name but very descriptive.
Use in small quantities - in larger quantities I've heard it described as "like licking the bottom of an ashtray."

Doubt it. Fundamentally they are different things. As taste is a sensation, I doubt it will ever happen. Personally I don't see the attraction to all the flavors out now and do not think the taste anything like the food they mimic. It's like saying will fire roasted corn on the cob ever taste like water boiled corn on the cob.

In my opinion it is almost impossible, you would need not just the liquid but a different device to vape it
One cigarette has different tastes during its burning process, one at the beginning, then it get a little bit stronger with each puff as tar and other chemicals start to build up, the eliquid has the same taste always during the same vape session.

when well-funded food labs from major corporations can't even make calorie-free sugar taste the same as normal sugar, i highly doubt any e-liquid company can make a liquid taste the same as smoke from combusting tobacco leaves.
I know that there are several good Pipe tobacco flavorings out there but since your "Burning" so many chemicals besides Tobacco I doubt that you would ever get authentically close to a cig tasting E-Liquid.

Hello for me I don't even care if they do. I like all the flavors I can Vape whem I smoked you had clove,menthaw,or regular .
Now I can Vape 1,0000's of different flavors. It was hard at first and I tryed a lot of different typs of tobacco flavors, non of them where very good ( this has ben almost 2 years ago ) now I'm happy with what I make and non of them are tobacco.

I sure hope not if it tastes the same as the last cigarette I experienced. The vaping industry is growing and improving so fast. . . I'm not even sure what will come out next week. Of course, I will hear about here on ecf.
To each their own and nothing personal to anyone chasing a tobacco flavored vape, but I have zero interest in ever tasting, inhaling, anything that even remotely resembles a tobacco taste or smell of any kind.
