Do you vape all day? If so, at what nicotine level?

Please Read: I meant to give multiple choice for those who switch nicotine levels throughout the day, but accidentally didn't and can't change it. If you switch levels, i hope you will leave a post saying which levels and when you switch, like a lower level of nicotine before bed for example. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

Switch between 18 and 12. When I used to drip all day I could get away with 12 only. Now that I'm using tank cartos I sneak some 18 in there too.

Mostly 11-12 mg. But I have some 18s due to trades or primarily due to some of my fav madvapes flavors don't have th unless they are 18. I have a couple under 11 as well and will be ordering more under 11 soon, 6-9 mg range. I feel like its time.

18 mg, and vape all day. I'm taking in way more nicotine than I did as a smoker. I puff anywhere between every 10 seconds to every 30 at most. It's pretty much always in my hand.

Kblush I also want to add that I don't necessarily use different mg at different times a day, I use different flavors at different kinds of day - concentration wise I suppose. In the morning and late at night I prefer lighter flavors, mid-day I prefer the stronger flavors. So morning especially I like those subtle flavors
