Do you vape your cartos until they are empty???

So when I used to vape(vaped for about a year starting 2 years ago)tanks weren't around/not popular yet. I have a tank now and LOVE IT. It's always filled with bobas and is constantly wet.

But for my other liquids I still use boge cartos(which I am waiting VERY PATEINTLY FOR!). I do this to drip less and stop leaking(plus I like the taste of cartos more)but I still find myself dripping my cartomizers quite frequently. I know they still have juice in them and the flavor and vapor are still pouring out but for some reason I still feel compelled to add 3-5 drops to them frequently. Maybe its because I was an all the time dripper before I found a good carto(6 months into vaping).

But I am just curious. How do you vape your cartos? Do you fill them and leave them go until they are dry and then refill? Do you use a tank or a bottom feeder? Do you do like I do and still drip on them?

I am just curious. I don't know if what I am doing is normal but it works for me. Unless I have my tank I could leave the house for an hour with a completely filled carto and will still bring a juice bottle with me to drip on it :)

When I first started using cartos I topped them off constantly but as times went on I tend to wait longer. I'm not much for the fiddly stuff and topping them off, which is quick and painless usually, feels like fiddling to me I guess. For the most part though I use my tanks. Through in a fresh 18650 and a full Chibi tank and I'm good for the day out ;)

I even found myself topping off the carto on my tank when I first got it.

Now I just punch 3 holes into my cartos instead of 2 so I know I always have a soaking wet carto. I still find myself taking off my drip tip every once in awhile to check it(even though I am getting a good hit). Guess it just became habit since I used to drip so much.

I use Smoktech 1.7 or 2.0 ohm LR XL stainless cartos on a 3.7V E-Power 14650.

I keep two filled cartos for the day. One in the E-Power, the other carried along. That's about 4ml capacity but I vape anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5ml a day. I never want to run these LR cartos so dry that the filler is burned. The cartos get refilled at home in the evening. It takes me about 15 minutes (when watching the news, usually) to carefully fill both cartos by dripping, clean the switch contact area and drip tips and change out the 14650 battery if if needed. I also use a cotton cloth to shine up the entire stainless E-Power if needed.

I charge a weeks worth of 14650s in one batch on the weekend. One batch can be up to six 14650s.

I have run a couple of cartos dry (you never get rid of the burnt taste so ya just throw them out at that point). I now use echomizer 3ml cartos. I will use one for the day with another one steeping in juice. At night I will top up the one I used that day with a dropper and leave it to settle while I use the one that has been standing by for the next day. One of these 3ml cartos will do for all but a heavy vape day.

I am about ready to upgrade to a variable voltage mod to get more vape. The echo with a 1300ma batt is nice but I always want more vapor and going to a mod might be the only consistant way of doing this.

I prefer my cartos never get more than 50% used before topping up...to wit...with the XL SmokTechs, I will get 4hrs before they are down to 75-80% dry so at 1-2hr, I will drip 20-30 drops from my bottles to get them back to "slushy" looking once again...95% of my vaping is done with one flav with one carto at a time........
