Do you want 510 with auto batteries?

we got some requests for 510 with auto batteries. so we are considering carrying them. however we are not quite sure whether they are in great request.


could you tell us whether you want 510 with auto batteries and thes reasons why you prefer auto or manual?


any feedback will be highly appreciated.

I went with the 510 BECAUSE of the manual battery. Had a penstyle before hated the automatic, I take a primer puff, blow it out then take a drag.. did that with analogs too, I know, I know, but that's what I do. The automatic battery drove me nuts 1 primer puff and that was it.

I only have 901s so I'm not sure, but aren't the 510 autos the ones that are easily activated by wind and sound? I might be wrong on the model, but isn't that why the 510 became popular when the manuals came out?

If it is the 510 I'm thinking of, has it been fixed on the new autos?

That's right Vapor trail. I think the vast majority prefer the manual. Some like having a auto or 2 around though.

I think a better idea than carrying the 510 auto's (I love the manual) would be to add the 306 atty/batteries in all the different colors. The chargers/batteries, etc are interchangeable between the 306 and 510. But if I'm wanting an auto battery for some reason, I'll go to my 306. Also, you can easily kill a 510 auto battery dripping. The 306 has the exposed bridge, so you can dip instead of drip with it, and not kill it's auto batt. I'm about to do an order of the 10 pack for the 510 atty's and batts. If you did that with the 306, I'd probably do the same. Battery life isn't as good, but they produce great vapor for a small guy, and (especially for you guys), they're light enough to hang in your mouth. And once again, you can mix and match attys and batts between the 306 and the 510. JMO

And BTW, 306 batts also have the sensitivity issue (when you open a drawer with them in it, they cut on for a second or two) so don't plan on taking them into a concert

Id probably buy some auto batteries, it makes it look more like an actual cig.
As long as it didnt have the 5 sec.. cutoff.

I talked with joye and was told that auto 510 batteries have a cutoff for a couple seconds after 15 seconds if you want to get a long puff.
