Doc Dave Mini B

I recently got one of these atties and wondered if anyone that has them can share a good setup , I've tried a few different ones but have yet to come up with one that really works well for wicking and flavor etc. I tried SS rope but the atty is so small it get really hot too quickly.Thanks.

yeah it def gets hot. I had issues going really low too. 2 1.6ohm coils of 28g will work pretty well and wicks should be able to keep up. the wick holes are small and imo wicking can be an issue with it. I love doc dave attys but the mini-b just wasnt for me for that reason and i dumped all the ones i had. I bought 5 from his list on VW

Thanks bud,were you using short straw wicks? How many wraps of 28awg to get 1.6, I'm surprised there was room for that LOL.
