Is there really a difference in the real thing vs the clone besides that the Chinese made it and not Dave himself?
Just wondering before I put all that money down on the real thing.

probably not much, i would imagine a little more care went into the real one, several reports on the clone said many of them have airholes that dont line up with the wick. but it should work about the same.
being Ti it will be ultra light as well compared to a steel clone.
and there is the satisfaction of buying a well made, beautiful piece of equipment that will last a good long time and keeps the man designing even more cool stuff. if he didnt keep working there wouldnt be anything to clone (food for thought)

and in the end you dont like it get verified and post it in the classies it will be gone in no time so nothing lost
