Please don't go back to analogs. Try to stick it out because remember if you go back, you just have to quit again and you will have to go through this again. Once you get through this the first time, you never have to go through this again. You may want to try to increase the mg in your ejuice or maybe chart how much you are puffing each hour/day to see if you are getting too little or too much for your personal needs (there is no standard there, just whatever seems right for your body)...then decrease or increase your mg based on that. You might want to talk to your primary doctor. They could have suggestions or even want to test you for other conditions (like thyroid). Any time you think you should go back, you feel tired or can't sleep, take a few puffs on your e-cig, look at pics of the 3 kids and remember why you stopped.
To find your perfect puff might take a little time and money....there is a whole world of different e-cig battery sizes with all sorts of different types of cartomizers, clearomizers and tanks and all different types of juices - a lot to take in an understand - but you should try ordering different devices if you can afford them/if they are available to you to try to find that "throat hit" you are looking for. Figure out if your device can be manipulated to work foryou the way you want it, if not, try another.
