Does anyone know if a vender carries this tank mod?

I just saw this sweet tank mod on a PV that i'd love to have but I cant find it. It was on a pavari reviewed by a french guy on youtube(i dont understand french so I didnt know what he was saying) but the tank mod caught my eye. The video is called "Review du Provari by Damsss" if anyone knows what this tank is called or who sells it id be sweet if you could share the info.

I've not seen that type before, looks like a custom MAP tank variant.
