Does anyone make short, fat VV batteries?

I'm interested in a short little stout battery for pocket-friendliness, but I need around 1,000 mAh to last as long as I'd like to. And I need VV because I use all sorts of resistances.

I've seen short skinny 450mAh eGos, and long fat 1,300mAh eGo monsters. If they would just make the short one as fat as the long one it would be perfect.

I'm looking at my 1,000mAh twist and I wish I could just fold it in half and squish it all together like a block of clay.

I'd like to steer clear of boxy-shapes batteries in this case (I like 'em in other situations) because the whole idea is something the size of a roll of quarters with a vivi on top would fit right next to my phone in my pocket.

Does such an object exist for less than, oh, $50?

Sure but not in pocket friendly exactly. The Vamo VW can use a short battery you just remove the extension tube. I believe they go for $54:00 at Discount Vapors. Can use an IMR 18650 or 18350 battery. The 18350 is a 800 mah battery and the 18650 is over 2000 and up mah. It will operate in VV or VW mode.

But, aren't the Vamos (in short mode) and Provari minis, etc...about the same length as a Spinner 1300?

I've never seen a 1300mAh Spinner in person, but I can't imagine how it could be smaller than a mini.

This is a 1000mAh Twist, a mini and a 650mAh standard eGo

Vamos are big! sigelei Zmax is introducing a true mini that will be 1/2" taller than the ProVari mini--which is the shortest in the lineup (in its 18350 configuration--3.48").

Next question:
Is there another APV shorter than the mini?
An APV that uses replaceable batteries, reads ohms, etc (full function)?

There may be a mechanical mod or a box mod that's smaller than ProVari, but not a tube mod. believe me, I searched everywhere. :)

Well, you could, I guess, get a 350 tube from the eGo T2 mod and fit an eVic head on it--I haven't measured that combination.

Great... now I have to buy a Provari mini. Looks like the total I have spent ($420 in three weeks) is going to jump another couple hundred dollars :bangs head on wall:

No, you don't. The differences are are minimal--1/2" at the most. You may want to get a ProVari though. But that's a different matter. And the mini will not be anywhere near your desired 1300 mAh capacity--half of that, actually.
