Hello guys. I have a issue with my Billow v2 rta clone. Whenever I inhale I feel minute droplets of the liquid stick in my mouth and there is a sweet flavor liquid I can taste after exhaling. And when I keep it to high watts like 35w on 0.4 dual coil it itches my tongue.

I need help, how do i prevent liquid getting in my mouth?

There are a lot of "could be's" causing what's happening. Spit back usually comes along with popping from the coil as the juice boils off, and you'll get hot juice hitting your lips/tongue. Sometimes the vapor of sweet juices will condense (re-liquify) in your mouth and leave a sweet, wet taste in your mouth.

35W on a dual 0.4Ω coil isn't particularly overloading anything..

Pleased you solved the issue. Some attys are prone to spit back, I find a lot of RDA's do it, and some tanks.

Can't stand it myself, and if I can't solve it through coil placement/size, wicking, and temperature setting, I stop using the atty.

Thinking about it though, all attys are putting ejuice in your mouth.

When you consider nothing is burning, and the juice is being atomized into the airflow, then inhaled.

So we are inhaling tiny droplets of ejuice all the time when vaping. Chemically speaking these droplets are exactly the same as the ejuice in the bottle, as again we are not burning the ejuice to change it chemically for consumption.

The trick it too keep the droplets very small so they stay suspended in the airflow (atomized) on inhale and exhale, as opposed to spitting large droplets onto your tongue.

Yes, for me, I stay away from shorter, large bore drip tips. For when the wick gets "drenched" as was said, I hit the fire button a few times for multiple seconds and not take a draw. It burns some of the juice without drawing so much in. With high wattage, I get more spit backs. It is just the coil zapping the liquid. I just use a longer drip tip and it handles it better.
