Lots of current tanks will enhance the nic. Most any dual coil will do that. The more vapor a tank produces the faster the juice disappears.

Kayfun doesn't have a lock on vapor production but it does have a small air port right under the coil instead of just allowing air to move up and around the coil, so you get concentrated air flow right to the underside of the wick. I think that's the secret of its efficiency.

Just an opinion....

I started at 36 (in 2011) then went to 24, then 18...I TRIED tried 12 for a while last year....but went back to 18 again...

I found that I was vaping WAY more 12mg than I was 18...by about double...the situation is MORE than just what mg you vape, it's how MUCH you vape! At one time I was vaping 50-70ml a WEEK!! (Or about 230-250 a month)...now I'm vaping 18 mg, but only 100ml a month!

So, to answer your question, yes and no...I think most vapers begin at a higher mg than they need/want...but don't let the mg be your only measurement...if you drop from 100ml of 24mg...to 12 mg...yet you suddenly vape 200+ ml every month...what have you gained?

Yumminess....it is my nervous habit and yes I chain vape but did so at higher nicotine levels as well. Now near zero after most of a year at 12-6 mg nic and I'm vaping the same amount as I always have but without the terrible hiccups I had at 12mg. (That is my response to too much nicotine...) :thumb:

Smoked menthols for 47 years, at some point went to lights, then ultra lights when they became available. Smoked an average probably of a PAD a day, probably more much of the time until the last decade or so when I was trying to smoke less.

Started vaping at 24 mg. (because at that point I didn't know what mg I'd been smoking, and also because that's what was available where I bought my first juice.) 10 1/2 months later, I'm usually only buying 0 nic, sometimes 6 mg. I still occasionally use 18 or even 24 only because I like some of the flavors that only come (locally) in that strength. They make me cough though!

I don't seem to be very vulnerable to nicotine; must have been other things in cigarettes that kept me so hooked for so long. Vaping doesn't have that effect for me, happily.

For me the true addiction is the act of smoking. I can use 0 nicotine for vape and come off a real stressful day and vape and get the same relaxing feeling like I did from smoking. ;)

If I tried to vape anything higher than 6 these days in any of my set ups I think I'd die... :p

Well....I have discovered in just the past few days...that with CLS...I'm vaping MORE often...and using more of that YUMMY CLS!! I either need to start vaping my "NON-premium" juice more often...or drop the nic...(or maybe crochet more...I can't chain vape when I'm crocheting!!

I started at 18, with the occasional dripping of 24. I am now trying 12. I seem to be doing ok at 12 even though I just quit 11 days ago, but I do have 18 with me just in case I need it.

Like the delivery device one chooses, your nic' level should be whatever works best for you. :)

Absolutely!! No one can or should say anything about it. What works for me is irrelevant if I preach everyone should follow me and all that does is make a person go back on cigs. If 18 or even 24 works for you run with it! As long as you are not smoking than I'd call that a WIN! :thumb:

I started vaping 3 months ago with 18 mg. Most of my juices are now 12mg which I use at home and tend to vape more. I still have the 18 mg that I have in ego sytle tanks that I take when I leave the house and usually vape less. Soon, maybe in the next month or two, I plan on stepping down again to 6 mg for home use and 12 mg for my traveling tanks.
