Does Honeyville vapor have a presents on ECF?

I just placed an order at honeyville. I couldn't make payment because my bank TDbank won't let me make transactions using AlertPay because Alertpay does transactions for online gambling sites. So I emailed honeyville and asked them if there was another way I could pay. They replied that I can send a paypal payment to their email address. I did that but, their order process doesn't finish to the invoice stage unless you use alert pay. I emailed them again to ask if they were able to see the details of my order as I orderd many flavors. This was almost 48 hours ago and I havn't received a response yet or an order confirmation. I just want to confirm that they have my order details not just my money.

I have placed three orders with them so far. I am shocked they didn't email you back. Cause I have had great customer service with them. I used pp to and everything went through fine. I had a problem with my first order and they replied right away and sent me a new order out and more then compensated me for my trouble! Give them a shout again. By the way, their Waffles, Apple Pie and the blueberry flavor are delicious!

Yes, they replied to me today and we worked it out. Can't fault someone for taking sunday off but, if your closed on sunday you should say so on your site page.

I disagree with your affinity for waffles, i don't taste much of anything on that one, the cowboy is very good though.

wow i'm surprized. my waffles was buttery, syrupy good. different buds for everyone, I guess.

i ordered from em when they had a sale going on the dollar sampler bottles, the blueberry muffin was good but the tobacco flavors kind of tasted weird, maybe ill try em again when i get some attys. the tarimasu was really good to but smells like sulfer...

The juice needs to be pretty good for me to order from them again, I didn't like their odd "Alert Pay" system I had to sign up for, I also didn't like that my account was charged a 15 cent fee separately for the transaction; certainly it's not the 15 cents that bothers me, it's the fact that at no point was a payment fee mentioned. I'm not sure I feel secure about my purchase with them.

I agree they do need to get a better payment system. I had trouble with the Alert Pay too and was not feeling it. I emailed them because I wasn't sure if I was charged or not (which I wasn't) so they let me send a PP payment.

I have carted 4 different orders at honeyville only to get to the alert pay and back out. I keep forgetting that is their pay source until i get ready to check out. I would really like to try the juice. I just really need another payment option to be offered.

send them an email through the contact us link on their page saying you don't want to use alertpay. They will then give you their pp email address. when you send the payment put the alertpay order # in the comments and they will have the details of your order.

last i checked yesterday the 1 dollar for 5 mls sale was still going on.

Just to let everyone know. I just placed another with Honeyville last night and they now take credit cards on their site. No more alert pay.
