I recently purchased Faux hawk from MBV and it said it has a slight menthol flavor to it which I dont mind, a little bit is nice but it seems to be getting more menthol-ly every day i vape it. I have the bottle steeping at the moment and just what I first put in the tank to try it. I was wondering if steeping will mellow it out a little bit, I left the cap off for 24hrs to see if that helps and now its just sitting. any thoughts?

I hope that will be the case with this one, when i first got it was almost perfect now menthol is getting rather strong hard to taste the other flavors in it. will leaving the cap off more dull the menthol flavor or not make much of a difference?
Usually the cap off method is only really effective for liquids that have alcohol in them, so it can evaporate. If the menthol started out weak but has gotten stronger, it might stay that way. The ones I've had that had little menthol taste as first, then "Whoah! Menthol!" later, usually kept that strong menthol kick. I hope someone comes along that has tried this one and can comment on it specifically, though, because I hate guessing based on other flavors 
I hope so too, only reason i went with it is because it said very slight menthol taste and now it is over powering the fruit flavor its a shame because the fruit flavor is delicious then menthol blurs it out
