Please forgive me if this has been answered before. I realize that some e-juice businesses obviously mix their own juices and blends from scratch, but don't the majority of them, in China anyway, just buy DeKang juice, re-bottle and re-brand it?
The reason I ask is because you have many e-cig sellers, but their prices vary wildly. Is it acceptable to ask if they use DeKang pre-blended and then choose the cheapest company? Are vendors open to such questions or offended?
