Does the first hit after squonking taste the best?

I'm new to dripping and is thinking about using the REO. I understand that after you squeeze the bottle, you can vape a few times, and then have to squeeze again.

About how many times can you vape before having to resqueeze? I personally like powerful hit and lots of vapor, so I tend to press the button for a long time, maybe 3-4 seconds.

Is the first hit the best? And then slowly deteriorates as the atty gets dry?

It also depends on how close you cut your wick to the coil. If it's really short then you'd most likely be squonking after every other hit and possibly after every hit but as ZeroOhms said, it doesn't flood...even if you over squonk....unless you have the airhole pointed down. the longer your tails are the longer you can squeak out some hits imo. Depending on the pg/vg in your juice, a 2-5 second squonk would be sufficient.

I tend to hold the button down anywhere between 5 and 8 seconds and it provides plenty of hit and vapor, just be careful if your running sub ohm, as the longer you keep the button down increases the chances of melting the button (which will be resolved when the upgrade kits are realeased).

The REO is a safer dripper....get the taste of dripping without the hassel and hazards of dripping! Best decision in my vaping life was to choose the REO....and I ain't looking back!

First off, if you love flavor, you'll love dripping.

Second, once you figure out that you love dripping.... you'll hate dripping. You'll find yourself in the dark somewhere, or where the light is very low, and it will be a problem trying to drip down your DT, or a hassle removing your DT to drip. Also, if you love dripping, you'll hate trying to drip while driving a car. As a matter of fact, just don't do that, EVER. Accidents happen when you take your eyes off the road, and trying to drip while driving WILL cause you to do that, no matter how careful you try to be.

Third, WHEN you get a REO (most roads lead to REOville), you'll realize that once you master squonking (or at least get it about 50% down), the above two points I've made are no longer a problem, as you'll have the same flavor/vapor/TH from dripping.... all the while it's more convenient and safer while driving. Only need to carry one thing: your REO (unless you need extra batteries... then two things).
