As in, is it 3-3.5mm? I'm talking about the little bar thing they give you to cut off the leads at the right spots. Looks like you could use it to adjust the coils and wrap them, but i'm not entirely sure.

Well yeah, technically speaking. But if it wasn't at a decent length (especially if it was at a length my batteries couldn't handle) then that could get a little problematic. Just thought it'd be neat not having to buy a jig seperately, just started getting into RDA's
Oh yeah a little side thing I forgot about, what screws are used for the posts? When I see them in review videos they look like Phillip's head, but on website specs it seems like they are hex screws? Doesn't come with a multi-tool so I need to know I have the right screwdriver for it.

Agree with others here, the coil tool that comes with the Recurve is really meant to help you cut the leads to the correct length, and to hold your coil when mounting it. You slide the coil on the long end (it comes with 2.5 and 3mm tools) and cut the coil leads to be even with the short end. You certainly could wrap a coil on it as well, but it's a bit too short for this. It could be done, but it will be more difficult to wind on it due to the length.
The RDA comes with the correct screwdriver type for the deck screws. I usually use ones from my personal toolbox, but the one that comes with it is sufficient.
