Does the "Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act" include a ban on nic gum?

Do to the wording I wonder if CVS,Walgreens will still have online sales of nicorette gum once this passes. I use the gum on airplanes, in movie theaters, and anywhere vaping is restricted. I use nic gum at work as vaping is banned in the store. Any idea, anyone?

Gum, patches, and lozenges are classified/regulated as pharmaceutical products.
They are not included in the PACT act.
