One of my relatives sent me $25 on Amazon for my 18th bday, and I wasn't really sure what to get with it but I intended on using it on something e-cig related and using my tax money to get an ego twist. Thing is, is that the title is Joyetech Battery eGo-C 650mAh Upgrade (Black) but it appears to be an image of stuff that will be included (2 ego C batteries, 2 carts, 2 cartridiges, 1 atomizer and cone, and two bottles of e-juice), so for $20 that's not bad (even though it doesn't include a charger) but I don't want to pay that for just the battery to an e-cig I'm only getting just because it's a good deal and I have the money. So yea lemme know what you think.

I would be cautious. I was under the impression that places like Ebay and Amazon were banned from selling nicotine and nicotine related devices recently. But I could be wrong.

A lot of knockoffs are just as good if not better than the so-called genuine products...I wouldn't worry about it, amazon sells good stuff. View my sig link for reasons NOT to buy a kit tho...

Yea, I did notice back when I smoked I couldn't find e-cigs or cigarettes on amazon, but lately I've seen a decent amount of stuff. However this is the only one like this I saw, and the seller had no reviews or what not so it's hard to judge.

makes me very suspicious. Sounds used, though it's listed as new. hmmmm....

There are lots of legit vendors out there. Do your research, and be sure you will be getting what's advertised.

I would go by the actual product link not the customer photo. It is just the battery in the product link description.

Click where it says "available from these sellers." It will takes you to the list of sellers selling the product (in this case, one), then under the name read the reputation and where it ships from.

Yea that's the only thing..it says used, which makes me think it's got what's included in the picture, but it's contradicting. I'm only looking here because the money was sent to me through amazon only, so I'm trying to work with what I've got, but I don't want to waste it either.

The thing is, their rating is 50% because they have only had 2 of them. Which could very well be someone who's order didn't arrive in the mail correctly and they jumped the gun and gave a bad rating before checking things out. That happens alot. However, I'm not sure whether it shipping from israel is supposed to be cause for concern or not.

I'm really tempted because it doesn't seem like a bad deal, but I'll probly just leave it alone to be safe. At least that way I can't regret making a bad purchase, the least I could do is use the money for cheap parts/accessories.

Ok, So in what way did I not heed your warning? The only thing that I haven't taken regard to, was you saying I shouldn't buy a kit. Which I intended on because I don't exactly have very much money to separately buy parts, I figured it would prove more expensive. Granted, if it's utterly necessary I suppose I'll look at your sig link.

Alright, So I'm currently reading your post, and though I'm only halfway down currently, I'm going to say that what you posted does seem like it has a good point. As far as quitting, I'm good. Long as I have an e-cig handy I don't need cigs. However, what you put about how you began searching for what you wanted is helpful. I took your original post at face value, thinking you only intended to persuade me not to buy a kit, which ATM I didn't see as a good option for me, given my money. I'll continue reading it and get back on that.
