I use Reo grand with 6 ml bottle.

So I was planning to do multiple 5 ml batches without Nic , steep them for whatever time needed. And then if I like them , I add the Nic juice.

Will I need another 2 weeks steeping for Tobacco juices in that case ?? Or repeat steeping for the othe non tobacco juices?

Exactly what I do make 5ml mix with no nic and if its a winner I add 1 more ml to get a 6ml volume mix with the nic I want.

Maybe I'm a lil' diff from some, but I mix my test batches with nic. If it's good without nic, nothing guarantees that it will be as good with nic. If it's good with nic, then it's just a matter of a lil' tweaking to your (my) preference.

For me, at most, it cost me $.10/ml for the nic base. C'on, how doe$ that compare with pre-mix joo$e. BTW, I've yet to toss hardly any DIY mixes. I just work with what I have and try to improve it.

As to steeping, I only steep nic joose samples (see first my sentence).
