Making sure I did this the right way. 
I recieved my order yesterday, and part of it was incorrect. I recieved boxes of Dunhall menthol instead of regular Dunhall. I would like to send the menthols back in exchange for the right carts. I went to the support site, and opened a ticket there last night.
This morning I woke up with a couple questions. Do you do exchanges on carts? How does it usually work? Is support that right route for something like this? Anyway to possibly get a number to call instead of going through the site? (if it's on the site, my bad for not seeing it).
