I have to say that Halo's service is outstanding. It's obvious that they care about their customers satisfaction.

After waiting weeks for their new shipment to arrive, I was finally able to order my favorite juice. After waiting the 7-10 days, no juice. I email Jay and he responds immediately with a perfectly logical explanation and explaining that my package should be there any day.

Six more days go by and still no juice. I email Jay again, and again he responds immediately, baffled that I had not received my order and stating that he does not want me to go away an unhappy customer.

After that second email my order arrived within 2 days and I could not believe what he did to make up for the mix up. It was totally unexpected, not asked for and was way beyond what was needed to keep me as a customer.

Immediate responses, great concern and going above and beyond expectations makes Halo a great company.

Torque is my favorite. I am finding out more and more that I only like the tobacco and vanilla flavors. For me, Torque was an acquired taste. I thought it was too strong of tobacco flavor (unfiltered tobacco). I would add some drops of it to the USA Mix and Winston to give it more flavor and eventually it grew on me. Now nothing has any flavor in comparison.

I recently tried the Freedom and like that too for a change up. It is very mild and fresh tasting. I really don't know how to describe it except to say that it has a fresh woodsy tobacco taste.

Smooth8 is just different. Not a tobacco flavor at all, more of an Earl Grey tea flavor. It's very tasty but very intense ginger and bergamot tasting. I can only vape it for a few minutes and then have to put it down for a week... or two LOL.

You should really try the Torque. Be warned that initially it is very intense compared to the marlb or other tobacco flavors but it gets better and better the more you vape it. After one bottle you won't settle for anything less.

I agree with Thy. Jay has always been uber concerned with customer satisfaction. I would say it runs a close tie to their mission of providing stellar juice products. They never want you feeling that pit of your stomach sourness when you order something in excitement and are disappointed because quality or service doesn't match up to the image presented.

Great experience from order to actual vaping. Great way to build loyalty and a satisfied vaping community.
