This thread was too funny! Thanks I needed a good laugh, today. I didn't see anything wrong with it. But I'm use to posting funny stuff, in my group. Groups should be totally fun to be in, in my own opinion. Yes, I know that V4L is a business, but geeezzz, do we have to talk about vaping all day long? Laughter is the best medicine, and has been known to cure people, even grumpy Guss's, too. :sneaky:

:p And colors brighten up your day! :p

Ethereal - loved your contribution...really elegant way to say "it's all in fun" :)

Who - I think my fave FF was 3 (? - so confusing since Japan and US didn't number them the same way)...with Shadow and the "opera" scene (it reminded me of Tosca) and "sleeping with the fishes" and that crazy yellow slicker :) Let me point out that I've been playing video games (as an adult) since Pong so I go waaaay back to titles that are a dim memory :)

FF3 in usa was FFVI in Japan. It is the one with the opera, cid's yellow rain slicker and ninjas lol. Not to mention Moogles dancing crazy powers.

I was a bit late in the game for pong, but still have played it. It still holds up as fun for me :D.

i would love to run a video game museum. Their influence on culture and the short but very interesting history of the industry is a great one. Everything from Bushnell creating a rival company for atari run by a friend of his so he could cover more arcades to Nintendo taking on Universal in court over Donkey Kong. So many great stories out there.
