Here is my second mod to date. I am sure Bianca will be GREEN with envy. ;)

I am not all that keen on flashlight mods. But, as I went to throw this one away
because the batteries had leaked, I figured what the hell, and cracked it open to
see what it would take to mod.

I was able to use most of the parts and a washer to assemble something that
would hold the connector.

When it was so easy to make something for the connector, I was getting a
little full of myself. Of course, then it took me over an hour to solder in the
head of a brass screw for the battery contact.

I went ahead and put in an extra gasket to give the battery a little extra room.
Using a 17670, it fit without the gasket, but it was bottoming out on the
button end and putting a good bit of pressure on the plastic cup that was
supporting the battery contact.

It is a simple little mod. I will probably keep it for emergencies.
I was going to mod the button so it was momentary, but when
they put that sucker in I think they sealed it with epoxy. It
definitely wasn't coming apart. It works just fine, only have to remember
to double click. :)
