So, I learned an important lesson this weekend. Once you build a decent coil, don't "f" with it!
Built my first coil on an RSST and was so proud of it I was showing it off to everyone. Boiling vapor with the top cap off really impresses people, even those that never smoked.
Keep in mind I was drinking liberally during these events.
Apparently I knocked the positive post leg off at some point and didn't notice and was all like "This thing isn't working worth a damn! Somebody give me a cigarette."
Fortunately, I grabbed my Ego VV with vivi nova and didn't bum a death stick.
Lesson - As cool as it looks, all your friends don't need to see (and probably don't care about) your awesome coil.
That being said, Chicago Vapefest is close to me so I will be showing off whatever coil I have and fawning over other folks amazing coils.
