I know... who woulda thunk it! I am so anxious, because I would love to switch my mom over also... she is one of these women who lights another with the one she's putting out... and she smokes the gawd awful generic brands... no cigarette smells good... but man.. so do smell A LOT worse than others.

My mom was the same way.... now she is on the e-cigs.....and I really thought she would be a tuff sell.... but she loves it!

Well, that's awesome! That gives me hope!

Yeah, I bought her a kit for Christmas, after she turned her nose up at mine, risky but necessary.... she has Luekemia and various other illnesses... she doesn't smoke at all anymore and I couldn't be prouder!!!

Hi
Im new - really glad I switched, but worried about the way I feel.
Im anxious and irritable.........whats up?

You might not be vaping a strong enough nic, or you could be withdrawing from all the other stuff in analogs... or it could be a combo of both. Keep with it though and you'll get there. I know there are a lot of people that had to make the complete switch gradually so don't beat yourself up if you have to have a real ciggy....

Im also new to forums and am learning to navigate....
what do you mean withdraw from analog -?
Im like.... wired to the inth........

I mean with the 4000 chemicals that are in a regular cigarrette, your body is bound to be missing at least one of them, and acting out accordingly.... the switch for me was easy cheesy, but it has not been that way for a lot of people..... I am also certain that there is a lot of help to be found within this forum.... Just keep your chin up... don't get discouraged.... and GOOD LUCK!!!!

I can attest to this. I am NOT one of those who was miraculously able to quit cigs with my first inhale of a vaporizer. I still haven't quit completely but I am down to only a few a day with no effort, it just happened over time that I preferred my e-cig to a regular cig most of the time. For some of us it takes finding the perfect flavor and nic strength. I myself am considering upping my nic strength again.
