I don't think I'd equate the two.

Those "drawing needles" don't appear to taper much at all over their 5 inch length.
Pretty cool actually... even 14g is tight for moving VG around.

Practically gave up on them myself so I pre-mix a few hundred mls at a time.
At those volumes even Nic is a large enough quantity to just use a graduated beaker.

What you should do is see about getting a female Luer and then just get some tubing that fits over the end.

Just thought of a possible way that's even easier. Take a needle cover and snip the tip off the end. Lock it into place on your syringe and find some tubing that you can fit over the open end.

If you find it slips off too easily, get a mini-clamp to hold it in place.
