I know there are lavender vapes out there. I HAVE tried ONE. It was a sample in a B&M, and I was bowled over by the.. exotic-ness of it. It was H.P. Lovecrafts "In the Mountains of Madness", a tobacco and lavender medley. It was pretty damn magical, but I suspect it was teeming with diketones. SO.. buttery. The lavender gave it a floral, maybe even a little perfumey, (which ain't good, but I suspect unavoidable using lavender) complexity. What teh hell did I do with that?!? nom nom...

Have you tried Virgin Vapor's Afterglow? It's lavender, pomegranate and a hint of bergamot. Floral note vapes are not for everyone but I've always been a big fan of them myself. And, by the way, all of our flavors are tested free of diketones with a detection limit of 0.1 ppm so no worries there.
