Since the eGo-t's are regulated, (here an eGo-c Twist vv would be better to find the sweet spot - right wattage - for a flavor)... I suggest a joye (or cisco which is joye modified) 306 lr (1.5 - 1.8) ohms unless you're tastes are fruits and berry flavors - then get a SR 2.2ohm joye 510 atty. Actually the joye 510 wouldn't be bad even for stronger ejuices, just that the 306 is esp. good for dripping imo. For the 306 I use the cannon drip tip which is thick barrelled and absorbs the heat. For the 510 I use a long style delrin drip tip.

Cisco LR510 Two Atomizer + Drip Tip Special - Avid Vaper

Atomizers - Cisco Spec 2.0ohm Low Resistance Atomizers - Avid Vaper

510 Atomizer - Avid Vaper

Might want to pick up a drip shield:

Drip Shield 901 | 510 | 306 - Avid Vaper

Or go 'high tech' but read how to use them:

Atomizers - HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid Atomizers - Avid Vaper
