drilling out your air holes on the Nautalis mini

I did, it was meh. Totally not worth it. The coil is pretty restrictive itself. I would look for a tank that has more airflow.

Agree, it's time for an upgrade, if you like mouth to lung try a Subtank Mini with the 1.5ohm coil, nice upgrade there..

yea i got a billow v2....i drilled out my nauti ...i went threw the little wall on the inside were the holes are on accedent i think it screwed up the vacum because now my coils burn up alot quicker

I drilled out the biggest hole on my full size nautilus and it did not change things at all-----and now my ring won't turn it is jammed up tite------hahahhhahh

I like the big open air setting the best anyways so it was no big thing......

I took my full size nauty coil --the dual coil-----and pulled the pin and gutted it out completely.

I then drilled out the four juice holes and plugged 2 opposing holes with a tooth pic and cut off the tooth pic with my cutters.

Now I have 2 holes plugged with wood.

I tied a small 5 wrp 28 guage coil heated it while squeezing and put small screwdriver thru the holes and thru the small coil.

I put the insulator back in nd installed a small cotton wick--and soaked it with juice. Works good.

came out to .60 ohms. If you use the right amount of cotton it wont gurgle.

Just a fun alternative thing instead of cleaning.

Pull the cotton dry fire it and put nu cotton in and redy for more vaping

Thank you for this info----as I lways wondered if I could get that ring off.

I have bought a lot of different tanks since the experience with the Nautilus. I like the nautilus since putting in my own micro coil.

yea ive only rebuilt my bvc coils a couple of times the first time sucked... then the second was ok but it shorted ill try again when i get some thinner kanthal i think hte 26 i have is too

I used to rebuild them. I wet the cotton with grain alcohol slightly just to flatten it to get it in easier. I also drilled the holes out before they made the bvc holes bigger. It worked ok, but it was a waste of time compared to an rta.
