Drink of choice while vaping?

I've started cutting down on the Sprite, which I used to drink like a fiend. I still drink 6-8 cups of coffee per day (no decaf - I take my coffee leaded). About half of what I drink every day is water. I do love milk, too, though. 1-2 tall glasses of it per day. And finally, apple juice. I have to be careful, though. If I don't regulate myself, I'll chug down one tall glass of it after another, until I make myself sick. It's just something about apple juice that makes it hard for me not to chug.

Milk with breakfast. Both before and after that I drink Dr. Pepper unless I'm doing something physically demanding in which case I drink Gatorade. Sometimes I'll have a Coke instead of a Dr. Pepper.

Been drinking the same thing since I was a kid. I'm not going to drink something different just because I started vaping. I've only recently discovered that Dr. Pepper has a subtle berry flavor thanks to vaping.

I've always been a big water drinker, and that has really worked to my advantage since starting vaping. I never drink soda (pop). Maybe 2 Cokes a year, if that. I sometimes drink milk with a sandwich, and have coffee in the morning and afternoon. I'm retired, and I always have a glass of water within reach at home.

With respect to the dehydration thing: I have a bottle of water on the go these days; I feel better for it too.

The thread title didn't give away it was a dehydration thing, and what I came say was that I have a bottle of Hangsen Champagne flavour e-liquid on the way, and that I feel obliged to test it along side the real thing.

I definitely try to keep up with drinking a lot of water (even if I wasn't vaping, I'm still trying to increase my water intake). In the morning, for me, it's definitely with coffee, like when I smoked. During the day it's either water or iced tea usually (I'm not a big soda guy). And when you go out, it's good with any alcoholic drink IMO (usually a gin and tonic or beer for me). Bottoms up :toast:

Tanqueray & Tonic 2 limes please. Or more often than anything else water or diet root beer (not only quit smoking, but doing the WW thing)
