I was looking for a new tank. I was just amazed at seeing so many drip mouthpieces on tanks and really limiting tanks that have a regular mouthpiece.

The other thing is it's getting harder to find Non-sub 0 atomizer coils, and the tanks sell as "sub o tanks". If you buy a coil that's 1.5 ohms will it work in a tank that calls itself "sub 0"?

And now all these tanks seem to have their own size coil. It's just annoying to me.

It will work if it will fit and connect properly. The issue would be whether the air supply suits your vaping style. I do MTL and need restricted air and most atomizers seem to be for the big air people. With the federal drug administration breathing down our necks it might be a time to consider learning how to rebuild. Then you can have any ohms you want.

Actually you get a tank like what you say. Look up the iSub tanks by Innokin. They have several different atomizers for just one tank.

Aspire Nautilus and Kanger Subtank mini both have higher (1.6 or 1.8 is what I like) coils. I personally haven't had any leaking issues with either one.
If you're into it, the subtank comes with an RBA head also. It's pretty easy, I can do it, tho wicking taking a bit of practice.
And both will take any 510 drip tip you have lying around.

Subtank nano won't take a different drip tip (I'm a bit upset about that and don't use the one I got as part of a topbox nano kit) at least, not one of mine and I collect drip tip tips, have about 40. None of them will go on it.
