I am using Boge 3.0 Ohm on my Buzz Pro with an M1A1 tank and a drip tip which I have received with my Boges. I do have the following problem: the air flow. In the beginning I have thought that the cartomizer is too tight on the Buzz Pro. Here are some pictures with the slotted screw head on the BP and how much I tighten the cartomizer on the BP:

and here are the pictures of the drip tip and how much I am inserting it in the cartomizer top:

If am inserting more the cartomizer than I cannot get air flow. So my question is: is it normal that air comes into the cartomizer from the top? It was my impression that the air should enter into the cartomizer from the bottom. But it does not look like it. Please advise.

Thanks

It appears the problem is with the tip. Do you have a different drip tip style to try? The black one shown in the photo has a very little hole to draw from.

I have only two drip tips

both which I have received with my orders from Notcigs, I did not ordered them I think they where a bonus.

Air supply is from atomizer connection, try slackening off atomizer slightly may help, could be the atomizer it's self try removed from unit to see if it draws easy

No, if I remove the cartomizer completely from the BP and if the drip tip is inserted too much in the cartomizer I cannot get air flow. I am using Virgin Vapor 100% VG, but this does not look thick. I don't believe it's the liquid as the cartomizer is supposed to have the middle tube for air flow. If I remove the cartomizer and the drip tip I can see the light passing through the tube. So the only variable left is the drip tip. Why if I insert the drip tip too much I cannot get air flow? This happens with the carto removed completely from BP so it's not the BP.

They are correct, there is no filler material in a drip tip. Get yourself one and you will see a big difference.

I don't think notcigs sells any. I get mine form madvapes.com

Here is there full lineup
Dripper Tips

I use these, and they probably have one that matches your Buzz color
Anodized Dripper Tip

I don't like the delrin, rubber, or plastic ones. The vapor condenses on it, and ends up in your mouth after a couple draws. I have never used acrylic.
the metal seems to let the condensation run right back into the carto and stays out of my mouth.

Ok dumb question is that a drip tip or a cartridge that pulls apart has filler in it and a tiny hole on the tank side ? If its a cartridge I would pull out the filler and ream the hole out larger if its what I think it is.

I don't know what it is, it looks like drip tip, you can see the pictures in my above posts and here you can see the side with the sponge inside:

I buy most of my juice from Madvapes, so I end up spending about $50/month there anyways, usually order 4x 50ml bottles a month or so, so a couple bucks on tips is not a big deal. they also have a huge selection of atomizers and cartos too.

If you like fiddling with the tip in your mouth, get a softer material like the acrylic or delrin, one of my buddy chews up a tip a week or so. I don't let the tip touch my teeth, so anodized is ideal for me.
