After reading about dripping, I think I want to give it a try. I've got the ego Mega attys but I'm not sure which drip tip will fit them. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

If the mega atomizers share the same diameter, I believe any of the current drip tips will fit without problems.
I'm pretty sure they don't. The mega attys are the same diameter as the eGo battery and the standard 510 carts don't fit.
I guess worst case, if no one is making a drip tip for the megas yet, I can just pick up a few normal eGo attys and the regular drip tips.

Yeah sorry, none of the current drip tips on the market that I know of will fit the mega attys. The mega attys / carts where designed to eliminate the need for dripping as they could hold a substantial amount of liquid.
So yeah the last poster was correct if you want to use a drip tip you will have to get a new atty and if you want it to look right a cone to go along with it. Chief

Just curious ... why would you want to put a drip tip on an atomizer whose sole purpose (as I understand it)* is to hold a mega cartridge?

Because I already bought the mega attys and was looking to avoid spending more on regular attys.
i only drip, would be interesting to know how many drops you can drip on a mega atty.
I use BE112 LR's and i can drip about 9-10 drops.

The mega eGo attys are 2.1 ohms and act much like the regular 510 atomizers and despite their size, you can still flood them with 4 drops (unlike the LR attys which can take a considerable number of drops).
If you drip and you've ordered some, they DO come with an empty cart for shipping - iow, it's a regular cart that you could put polyfil or some cart mod and use it as a regular cart - not the blank shipping cart you sometimes get with 510 attys. You could make it into a 'drip tip' with some modding/cuttung or with a drill down the center. Like the cartoz there are two 'caps' - an 'up cap' which is the mouth piece with a hole in the middle, and a 'middle cap' which unlike the cartoz has a hole also in the middle (cartoz have 2 offsetting holes off center) and then you see the bottom of the cartridge. There is no 'sealed hole' like there is with the cartomizer. You'd have to drill one. If you go that way, just remove the mid cap. And you'll likely want to enlarge the mouth piece hole as well. If you just removed both caps and dripped, you'd be going down the side air channels - likely not a good idea ;-)
Best match for dripping with the eGo, imo, is still the 1.5 LR attys with a regular drip tip. Better vapor, good flavor and rather easy dripping.

I think that's the route I'm going to go. I just need to let my pocket recover a bit from all the purchases I've made in the last week to cover this new obsession.
Yes to Kent above....LR attys are the way to go for me with my Ego....Been with this same PV since I started in Feb 2010....I know not a long time....but for me,,,it is a life-time for me since not using analogs....The mega attys at least for me was a waste of time and money....Been there, done that....For $3.00 or $4.00 for a LR atty I am really enjoying my Ego....Just another comment...but, Kent really knows his stuff....At least one this....lol......Enjoy the Adventure....
