Drip tip issues!!

I have 2 drag 3's. The pod tank is awesome but I lost both drip tips. I have been using some I had from previous tanks but they hang over and are wider. Also I can just replace the tip I have to purchase a whole new tank which seems like a waste of the brand new ones I already have. Is there anyone that has found a replacement tip that fits and is the same size as the original tip for the tank?
Note: I did have an idea of buying a tip in a smaller size and using an adjuster to make it fit in better but still be a smaller thinner mouthpiece. But if someone else has a better solution I wanna know. Ha

The new Drag 3 & X+ TPP pod/tank is compatible w/ the original PnP one, right? You can get replacement pods, without the tank base part, for both the PnP & the TPP versions, cheaply.

Drip tips that are too small - put some dental floss under the o-ring to make it snugger.
