The issue we have is that when we take them on and off to refill our cartomizers, after a few days the ring starts to get pinched on a side between the cart and the tip, so after awhile of that, it wont really hold on anymore as the o-ring is breaking down. The real problem with finding a replacement o-ring is the thickness or cross-section, not the diameter, that is the real measurement I need to know.

The guy at Lowes gave us #47, but it was too thick

The three sizes that always work for me are 36-47-60 made by Danco, in a blue and white package. I have one drip tip that won't go in any atomizer unless I use a 004 and I have to replace it quite often as it has to stretch beyond it's limit and they are a heifer getting on the tip. Needless to say-I don't use that tip very often. These are sizes I use on tips for atomizers-not cartomizers. I hope this helps.

All of those o-rings have a thickness or cross section of 1/16", which is too thick, I am thinking the thickness needs to be 1/32" but it seems the inner diameters are different at 1/32" thickness, then the ID's listed for any of the above listed o-rings. It also seems, most stores don't really carry o-rings with a thickness less then 1/16". I would hate to order something online, and find it to be too big or small :(

I think snow dragon or a member by a name like that in the V4L area of ECF had some o-rings that fit drip tips made for cartomizers. Not sure if he ever shared the information though. Perhaps check on the V4L website?
