I'm no expert, but I think the differences are mainly for looks. There are people who claim that glass-drip-tips work better because it drips "better," meaning that drips flow down easier even if not done accurately. Again, I don't have enough experience to know the differences. BTW, I have the stainless steel drip-tips and they seem quite nice.

I have all four. I should say, I had all four (glass is fragile). Each has its advantage IMO. Delrin is usually the economic choice. And, for folks who are hyper sensitive to metallic taste it is the clear choice over either stainless steel or aluminum. I'm a bit sensitive to metallic taste. But, the stainless steel gives me no problem, while the aluminum does ... YMMV.

I loved my pyrex tips. Stainless steel (mine are from Super T) are a lot more durable though and work nearly as well as glass IMO. It should be noted that the Super T SS T Tips are the Rolls Royce of drip tips, not all SS tips are equal.

If you go for pyrex I'd recommend them for at home use only (expensive lesson learned).

The Delrin are also stay more of a constant temperature. I've never had a steel one get too hot, but they are sometimes cold when you first put them to your lips. And this probably goes under the hyper-sensitive heading also, but the steel drip tips are a little heavier and actually change the balance slightly on a lighter e-cig. I do use both.

I like the Pyrex 510 tips too.
There is a Pyrex 306 in development.
Kind of expensive though, so you gotta be careful.

I have not tried the Pyrex but was looking at them. I would be a little nevous on a 306 model since the diameter of those atty's seems to vary between suppliers. I know there is a difference between the fit when using the delrin DT's on them. I could see myself jamming a nice $20 glass tip on a tight fitting 306 and cracking it. Unless they have some sort of sleeve insert.

Yeah...I'm wondering how they will make it work too. Cherry Dreams designed the Canon around the Cisco.

I usually use the Delrin plastic for two reasons: in cold weather the metal and glass tips can be a bit chilling and, I tend to hold an e-cig in my mouth (teeth) for short periods of time so I can use both hands (or keep them warm). I can hold a tip in my teeth with the plastics, but the others feel unstable that way and I think I could chip a tooth. What I use the most often, since they are free, is just a "gutted" plastic cart.

I do like the looks of the others and all are easy to use. The Pyrex glass is sleek. In my opinion any preference is personal choice and how they are used.

Good luck.

The 510s have an O-Ring. I'm sure a 306 tip would also, and that hopefully will allow for slight variations. I wasn't aware they were working on a 306 pyrex.

FWIW, these are individually made and have minor variations from one piece to the next. I received a 510 tip which was too large to fit into the atomizer. Not .....ing here, just to let you know they're not mass produced and it is possible to receive one which won't fit. I feel the Super T SS is the best that I've tried ... with the pyrex tips barely losing out. Not due to any functionality problem, but because they're too fragile for this clutz.

I have a beta 306 pyrex tip and tried it on a joye 306, cisco 306 and an slb 306 and had no leaks on any of them. They slide on just like the Cannon DT. The 306 has thicker walls and the bottom of the tip starts wide and narrows (tapering) to fit all 306's. It would have to be a real odd ball atomizer for the new 306 DT from theecig not to fit. I experienced no leaks what so ever with any of the atomizers using the beta DT. If you want to see it in action click the link under my sig and watch the vid.
As soon as he releases the final product, I am definitely purchasing one-2 if he has them in another color.

I have both delrin and stainless steel. While the SS looks better, IMO, it has a weird taste to it. The delrin doesn't have a bad taste and "feels" better on my lips. Their performance is about the same.

I really think you will like these drip tips.

Super T has a 306 DT in the works too, I believe. Hopefullly, stainless steel can work with the same design concept as the pyrex tip described by G8rGrl. Although I honestly did love my pyrex 510 tips ... I can't be trusted with their safety it seems.
just kidding, I'll likely replace them and have them designated for at-home use the next time.
