If you want to dip, then you can only use exposed atomizers, as it is impossible to dip with recessed atomizers. Other than that, if you wanted to know the best atomizer to drip with, you just need to figure out which atomizer you like best and use it for dripping.

What you need to do is figure out where you want the balancing line to be between flavor and vapor production, and that is pretty hard to do without trying them. But many people have tried quite a few different ones, so MAYBE we can help you figure out what you are looking for.

I would like a little more flavor than vapor but yet still a good th.

Currently I have a RN4081 and I just ordered a VK from V4L. What would I need in order to drip / dip with these units. The RN4081 has an automatic battery with a hole in it so I'm pretty sure I shouldn't drip with this unit. The VK that I have coming uses cartomizers so again I am unsure what I would need to make this possible.

Thanks

I used to have an RN4081 and I think it is actually a very good atomizer for dripping because it has a nice big bridge that is pretty easy to put two or three drops on. But since you have an automatic battery you WILL have to take care not to put too many drops in there. And you might want to consider picking up a manual battery to try.

As far as the cartomizers, I have never tried dripping them, but I believe there are a couple of ways you can sort of do that. Someone with more cartomizer experience should answer that though.

You can manually drip into your cartomizers...some people say that it's not that great, but I love it.

My habit is to use one new cartomizer a day, and when I feel that it's drying out, I drip 5 drops right into the top of the battery. That lasts me quite awhile extra.

Not the best habit to get into, since you end up with a bunch of empty cartomizers begging to be refilled, but, like many, I am lazy and hate refilling.

There is probably a video floating around about it, but if you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
