I was hanging out at my local B&M last night, talking and BSin after I made my purchases and a staff member told me that dripping was going the way of the dino with the advent of some of these new sub ohm tanks that can handle 150 watts. I wholeheartedly disagreed! I have had the opportunity to try some of these tanks (Herakles, Smok TVF4 etc) and don't get me wrong, they vape fantastically! tanks have come soo far and these new big boys provide great vape experiences but I have never tried one that performs as well as a dripper with an efficient coil build. Also, as a recovering alcoholic tinkering with coils gives me something to play with to keep my mind of the booze too! That's a win/win lol

I just can't see drippers going away anytime soon, what do you guys think?

I don't care for dripping... But how else am I going to test new flavors my GF makes DIY? Or sample juice when visiting shops? Or getting the last bit out of a bottle of premium juice?

Back when your choices were ce4 clearos, protanks, or cartos Dripping was almost mandatory... I love my TFV4 and lemo drop... but there are a lot of things I can do with a dripper even if it isn't my preferred way to vape.

Newsflash: what one narcissistic person does is not going to change the whole world.

Depends on who the narcissist is.

Everyone seems to think since they don't do it ,or like it, that it is going to die out.

The exception of course is unless that person is the head of the FDA.:2c:

If I had display cases full of new sub ohm clearo tanks I would say the same thing. :thumb:

LOL! You pretty much hit the nail on the head with that one! On an unrelated note: my Jerry Garcia referencing username was too offensive so I hope my new super duper politically correct handle doesn't bother anyone!

I disagree also; I haven't tried the newfangled subohm tanks and have no intention of ever trying them -- I switched to dripping to cut down on wasted ejuice with my super-gunker, not because I wanted to fog up my house -- tootle puffing is never going to fog up the house.

And since my particular dripper holds 2.5ml, I still have much of the benefit of a tank anyway -- but without having to remove the thing to fill it, without any of those wonky vacuum issues, and WITH a superior tight-draw vape. (and without leaks!)

Politically correct? Oh you mean not saying what you feel to be true, for fear of upsetting a Care Bear?:lol:

Don't worry about me unless you're burning puppies/kittens alive I'm good with whatever. Kids are fine though you can marshmallow roast as many of those as you like.
