Hey guys Bandu here,

Okay so Im having problems, the simple fact is that I bought some juices from AVE and I take three pufs with my carts and have to top them off again because Im getting that taste of dry poly fiber taste. So is it better to just drip on it directly? What is your opinion on this, the others liquids that I have usually do fine, I wonder if its because the AVE juice is a lot thicker so stays at the bottom of the carts.

Bandu out! :vapor:

I could be wrong, but I get the feeling that most here who start out with carts abandon them in favor of any of the several alternatives for juice delivery--dripping, cartomizers, tank systems, feeders... When I started vaping in early 2010, it seemed like this forum was going wild with different ways of modding cartridges to deliver liquid better and not to leak. I don't see much of that anymore (but maybe it's because, having moved to cartomizers, I'm not looking for that info anymore).

Put simply (and with due respect to those who have mastered it and still prefer it) carts are the most troublesome means of e-liquid delivery there is.

paulb, i think you are correct, i would say the number of people using carts is definatly the minority now. i think most people using a PV on the go/outside of the house are using a tank system, cartomizer, or a bottom feeder. these options are not only easier to use/maintain, but they seeme to produce a more consitant vape, both in production and flavor.

i drip most of the time when i am at home, and use a bottom feeder or cartomizer when out of the house. this system works well for me.

Bandu, I happily use carts, about to try some bigger carts. AVE gives me the most trouble, does not flow through blue foam well either. I have no problem with 100% VG Dekang or JC Red Oak (100% VG but thin) and other high VG% juices. I also find it hard to clean the taste out of attys. AVE juices never caught on with me, so it's not a big deal. :)

Yeah I have been dripping all day. As for AVE juices it works perfect they actually taste a lot better, and when I wanna change flavors I just vape until flavor is almost gone and then I just drip a different flavor, I'm gonna get some cartomizers also and try them. I just want to take it easy on the spending side haha this hobby can get quite expensive if you go nuts lol.

You'll get the best flavor from dripping and it's also great for testing new flavors or just to change things up when you don't want to fill up a carto. As for Bobas or Gorilla I haven't had any issues with them in CE2 or Boge, just don't change vape, give it a little more time to flow. Carts I gave up on a long time ago, VG or not they are a pain.
