So, for starters, I recently I've returned to vaping. I started a while back vaped for about a year then returned to cigarettes as my taste for newports was too strong to kick at that time. Returned to vaping about a 2 months ago.

I've recently been trying my hand at rebuilding attys using a buddies supplies. However, I am now interested in trying my hand at RDAs. However vaping isn't popular around my area so haven't found many people with knowledge in the category.

Question I am asking of y'all today is what are some good places to start as far as a good set up for RDAs (Mod and Atty) in your personal opinions.

Preferably I'd like a low budget as well as a higher budget build (to switch to if dripping turns out to be my preference). Advice as well to dripping would be great as well, however not the focus of the thread.
Thanks !

I will 2nd the magma. If you're lookin for flavor and not really clouds this is the atty to go to. The zenith v2 clone is also a great atty and the post holes are gigantic and can fit a variety of different builds. First and foremost I will tell you even if you do know. Make sure you read up on your battery safety, learn ohms law and all the stuff to keep you safe while vaping. Safety is a priority for us.

As for a mod a great mod is the Stingray mod. Very popular. I own a brass version and its extremely nice. There is a very nice Copper one by infinite that I was eyeballing for a long while, but if you don't mind the wait... they also have the Stingray X showing up on fasttech. Sometimes fasttech can be hit and miss, but everything I've gotten from them has worked well.

Also a nice atty. With the copper pin it should work very well with any copper mech mod. I use a copper stingray, or you could go.the way of a dna30 and a higher ohm wrap.

The IPV v2 will be better. Best bet is to go ahead and get a cheap mech mod... or go ahead and find the ipv v2 for a decent price... Elev8 had them for 79.99 but they went up. the coupon code 30off still works to bring it down to 79.99 though. it is a pre-order so would take about a week for you to receive if not more.

I second this. The IPV V2 is fantastic.

Thanks for the input hideous ! I am looking more into styles such as the TOBH Atty. Which is currently what I am looking into if anyone has input on it

I have a genuine Tobh and I enjoy it. Has decent flavor and gives a nice vape. I also have a Magma and the airflow and flavor are phenomenal. Id recommend both currently.

Guess it depends on if you're chasing flavor or clouds. Maybe you're like me and looking for a balance of the 2.

Magma is a sweet atty for flavor and has solid vapor production.

Lots of attys out there to suit what ever your needs and tastes are.

Then you need to decide whether you want the safety and ease of a regulated mod or learning the safe way to handle and operate mechanicals.
