Since I began dripping I've had several good 901 auto batteries suddenly go all poltergeist on me--some turn on by themselves when just sitting there doing nothing, some of my newish batts have died comepletely.
Before I make a big 'ol order of manual batteries, I wanted to make sure that dripping won't affect manual batteries.
I've attempted to clean the crazy batteries with rubbing alcohol & allowed them to stand on end for several days, hoping gunk might drip out--no luck. I don't see any other choice but to switch to manual batts if that will correct my batt problem (never had this prob till started dripping)
