Rather than start a new thread, I suggest you spend some time reading the multitude of posts that are already here. You'll find an incredible amount of information on a vast multitude of different drippers.
I do not own a tfv4 so I got no idea what airflow on it is like, but since it has to feed air through through the center, I reckon the hole is no more than 4mm.
I'd wager about 90% of all RDAs will easily match that if you are going dual coil. Gonna need more information on what you are looking for to make a better suggestion.
If you want massive air look into cloud chasing attys.
I have a two TFV4's. I just bought my first rda not long ago, the Indestructible by Wismec. It has lots of airflow. Three holes the same size as those on the top cap on both sides for dual coil. Or two of those and one slightly bigger for single coil. Plus you can have up to 8 of those on the top cap opened up.
I find it pretty easy. If you want the coils centered perfectly, you'll have to add a little offset to the negative lead. I haven't been building too much, and I don't have any troubles with it. You will need to have your own allen wrench or hex key for the grub. It doesn't come with one.
I'm real happy with my Mutation X V3, the V4 has top and bottom airflow as well, personally I would rather have more juice well than bottom airflow...but it might be something to look into. Great price, easy to build, everything other than the finish is built to take your poop. Good stuff Mutation.
